Pat has been a Realtor and affliated with Century 21
Gateway for 14 years.
Her Relocation designations include VIP, CRMS, CCPS, USAA,
CMAS, CMRS, CMIS.
Because of her production, Pat has been honored as a Master
Agent for 12 years, and Multi-million Agent for 14 years
Pat is a Lafayette native, whose family has been in the
Lafayette area for 9 generations. Raised in a military family, she has traveled
extensively as a child and young woman. She lived in Germany for several years
and speaks German. Pat graduated from high school in Colorado and then attended
UL, formerly USL, majoring in Journalism. Pat has been back in the Lafayette
area since 1974.
She has worked in public relations, managed a restaurant,
and owned a catering service and bakery. Pat is well known for her pastries and
cooking, both European and Cajun dishes. She is an avid animal lover, who has
raised Golden Retrievers and bred them for several years. Pat and her family
are active in theirour church.
Her family consists of her husband, Earl, their 6 grown
children and 9 grandchildren. Earl travels the world, moving oil field rigs for
ENSCO. Their children, Terry, David, John, Ben, Jacob, and Matt all live in the
Lafayette area. Jacob recently completed his
4-year tour in the army, including time served in Iraq. His
family is extremely happy he has returned safely. The grandchildren, Brittany,
Bethany, Joey, Justin, Emily, Brody, Laine, Ronnie, and Mara keep Pat and Earl
busy. The Arnolds love to travel, especially camping in Colorado and visiting
across Germany.
Pat works to give the best service
possible to her clients. She is known for her hard work, dedication and
honesty, and the fact that she is always available. She works hard and
believes in customer satisfaction. Most of her business comes from repeat or
referral business. Pat continues to further her education in the
real estate field, to keep abreast of all the updates in laws, technology, and
opportunities to better help her clients.
